Re-issued edition of this 1957 album from the Jazz bassist plus all existing alternate takes from the date. As a bonus, we have added Mingus' superb 'Revelations': recorded a couple of months earlier, this is the only other collaboration that Mingus and Evans ever made. East Coasting features an all-star group with Jimmy Knepper, Bill Evans, Clarence Shaw and Curtis Porter, Essential Jazz Classics.
