At Blind Tiger Record Club, all of our curated vinyl is separated into "Styles". Styles is a combination of traditional retail genres and radio formats. B.T.R.C. announces the next month's club selections on the 26th of each month. Members choose one of the four styles and will receive albums from that specific style each month. Members can switch styles at any time throughout their subscription.

Singer Songwriter
This style consists of music genres that include Folk, Americana, Country, Bluegrass, Alternative Country, Alternative Folk, and Contemporary Singer Songwriter.
Radio formats would be Americana and Folk radio (NPR) with some Triple A and Country.
It includes artist like Chris Stapelton, Jason Isbell, John Prine, Phoebe Bridgers, Margo Price, Robert Plant, Lucinda Williams, Tom Waits, Brandi Carlile, Bob Dylan, and Alison Krauss.
Rock & Alternative
This style has the music genres that include American Rock, Adult Oriented Rock (AOR), Roots Rock, Country Rock, Southern Rock, Heartland Rock, Punk Rock, New Wave, Hard Rock, Metal, Nu Metal, Progressive Rock, Garage Rock, Post Punk, Jam Bands, Rockabilly, Pop Rock, Soft Rock, Power Pop, Singer Songwriter Rock, Adult Alternative (Triple A), Alternative Rock (Alt-Rock), Brit Pop, Post Grunge, Noise Pop, Grunge, Indie Rock, Shoegazing, and Emo.

Classics
This Style can be broken into two catagories that we call "Classics". The first consists of albums considered "Classic Rock", specifically, albums released between the mid 1960's through 1989. The second includes albums released during the 1990's and the first decade of the 2000's. Generally, these releases would be anniversary or "first time on vinyl" editions while the Classic Rock titles are generally special edition reissues. It primarily consist of rock and metal bands, but other sub genres have been mixed in as well including Grunge, New Wave, Punk, Post Punk, Southern Rock, American Rock, Heartland Rock, and a few other styles from Rock and Alternative.
